When video generation is available, we process the photo you choose, its technical metadata, your permission confirmation and the resulting video. Photos and results are private account assets. A short-lived signed link allows the selected generation or safety-review provider to retrieve a photo; uploads are not a public gallery. We do not promise that an AI provider has a zero-retention or no-training policy unless its applicable terms expressly provide one.

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
2. Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.

Video file retention

Uploaded photos are normally retained for 7 days and generated videos for 30 days. Expired files enter scheduled cleanup; download before the deadline. Owner-managed template materials are handled separately.
