Refunds & Video Packs

Purchases and validity

For one-time video packs, the purchased generations belong to this site and expire 365 days after confirmed payment. There is no automatic renewal. The pack and final price are shown before payment.

Generation failures

A confirmed technical failure releases the reserved generation with its original expiry. An unresolved task remains reserved while its actual outcome is checked. A browser timeout does not authorize another paid generation.

Refunds and disputes

Request a billing review through account support, with the order ID and reason. Refunds and payment disputes freeze related unused generations while reviewed. A review record or released generation is not a cash-refund confirmation. Cash refunds require a separately confirmed payment-provider result; no automatic cash-refund or quality-compensation promise is made here. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Quality concerns

Report the video task ID and the issue through support. AI identity, movement, timing and audio can vary. A quality complaint does not automatically trigger a paid retry or replacement use. Do not assume third-party music or likenesses are cleared for commercial use.
